Mixes from the Aldeia

The Jolly Roger

Ingredients-

Segredo Aldeia white rum- 30ml

Segredo Aldeia cafe rum- 30ml

Sweet white vermouth- 10ml

Grapefruit peel

Method-

Pour all the ingredients, over a block of ice, in an old fashioned glass.

Stir.

Garnish with a grapefruit peel.

Blood Stained

Ingredients-

Segredo Aldeia white rum- 60ml

Sweet vermouth- 10ml

Orange bitters- 2 dashes

Orange slice

Method-

Pour all the ingredients, over a block of ice, in an old fashioned glass.

Stir.

Garnish with an orange slice.

Village Water

Ingredients-

Segredo Aldeia cafe rum- 60ml

Sweet white vermouth- 10ml

Grapefruit Juice- 40ml

Soda Water- 60ml

A slice of grapefruit

Method-

Pour the rum, vermouth, and grapefruit juice, over ice, into a highball glass.

Top up with soda water & stir.

Garnish with a grapefruit slice.

Dawn of the Aldeia

Ingredients-

Segredo Aldeia white rum- 30ml

Segredo Aldeia cafe rum- 30ml

Espresso- 40ml

Simple Syrup- 10ml

Method-

Pour all the ingredients, over ice, into a shaker & shake.

Fine strain into a chilled martini glass/coupe.
